Cooper Paving began in this modest office on Bushes Frontage Road, near Annapolis. “Pop” Cooper ensured that each and every job was completed to his high standards and built a business reputation on quality, guaranteed work and personal customer service.
Grandsons Matthew and Gary continue in this tradition today, providing the workmanship and service that their grandfather would be proud of.
Gary Sr. worked alongside his father and helped build a family business that thrives today, teaching his sons the same values and standards he learned from “Pop”.
